What is our Marine Crewing Process
Professionally Managed – Headed by a Chief Engineer. – Candidates are shortlisted as per the specific requirement of the ship owners. – Shortlisted candidates are interviewed by the recruitment officer i. e Master / Chief Engineers. – Verification of documents i. e COC / certificates – Verification from last employer. RPSL / MLC – RPSL (Recruitment and Service Placement License) No. MUM is issued by the Director General of Shipping, Government of India. – Regular sign on and sign offs updated online complying all flag state requirement. – RPSL is issued in name of REESEN SHIP MANAGEMENT Pvt Ltd –

What is Our Wages Policy
• The wages of each officer shall be calculated in accordance to the Agreement and the only deduction from such wages shall be deductions as recorded in his Agreement and/or other deductions as authorized by the Officer. • Any wages not drawn by the Officer shall accumulate in their account and may be drawn as a cash advance twice monthly. • For the purpose of calculating wages, a calendar month shall be regarded as having 30 days. • No seafarer employed in the Deck or Engine department who is 21 or over and is not a Trainee shall be paid less than the equivalent rate of ordinary seamen.

Shore Personnel Training
Training of shore personnel is considered of paramount importance. The company will arrange training for personnel by means of value adding courses at various training institute located in India or Outside India in consultation with Client. All mandatory courses is the responsibility of individual, however company may reimburse all expenses for such course on joining in consultation with Client
